Four family members killed in Hodeida gas cylinder blast

A mother, with four of her children, were killed on Sunday as a result of the explosion of the cooking gas cylinder inside their home in Hodeida province.

An official source in the Civil Defense Authority branch in the province explained that the blast caused the fire in the house.

The source indicated that immediately after receiving the report, the firefighting teams rushed to the site of the fire, and were able to put it out and besiege the source of the fire and the flames.

The sources called on citizens to take security and public safety measures, to inspect gas cylinders, in order to preserve their safety.
