15 prisoners freed in Dhalea front

The head of the National Committee for Prisoners Affairs announced on Wednesday 15 prisoners of the army and popular committees have been freed in a prisoner swap.

In a statement to Saba, Abdul Qadir al-Murtada explained the exchange process took place amid local understandings at Dhalea front, central Yemen.
