Occupied Socotra Witnesses Massive Protests Demanding US-Saudi-UAE Forces Leave
The occupied Socotra archipelago witnessed Sunday massive protests against the deterioration of services and poor living conditions in light of the conflict of the US-Saudi mercenary factions.
Local sources confirmed that during mass demonstrations the protesters raised slogans calling for the departure of the militias of the US-Saudi-UAE occupying forces and their mercenaries from the island.
The demonstrators raised banners that read (No for Militias), (We demand better living conditions).
These demonstrations come at a time when Yemenis came out in most of the occupied southern Yemeni governorates, demanding the departure of the forces of aggression and their mercenaries, which made them live the worst suffering.
Angry Protests Witnessed in All Occupied Southern Governorates
Thousands, who received, by flowers six years ago, the military convoys of Saudi Arabia and the Emirates, protested during the past days in the streets of Aden, Lahj and Abyan, demanding the departure of the Saudi-Emirati coalition forces.
Angry protesters blocked public streets, burned tires, and tore up pictures of the Saudi king and his son and pictures of the rulers of the Emirates. The demonstrations in Aden reached the vicinity of the Saudi forces military camp and the coalition headquarters in Al-Bariqa, while the outer walls of the Presidential Palace were stormed, where Saudi forces are residents.
Saudi forces in Aden seemed almost besieged by thousands of angry young people who demanded their withdrawal.
