Al-Ejri: Entire World Warns of Israel’s Reckless Behavior

Member of the National Delegation, Abdulmalik Al-Ejri, affirmed on Saturday that “the entire world is warning of the consequences of Israel’s reckless behavior; the United Nations, the Arab League, China, Russia, and all the countries in the region have issued warnings.”

“America stood stubbornly against the entire world, even going in the opposite direction of international and regional desires,” Al-Ejri stated on his social media account. “Instead of pressuring to prevent the outbreak of a wider regional fire and favoring political solutions, it chose military escalation and a policy of force that has proven its failure in addressing the crisis and restoring stability.”

He added, “If there are any unpredictable adventures, it is what the Israeli enemy and its American and British allies are doing. As for Yemen, since the first day, it has expressed no desire to escalate the conflict. Its efforts in supporting Gaza come within the context of international and regional pressures on Israel.”

Al-Ejri pointed out that Sana’a continues its diplomatic efforts to clarify its position regarding naval operations, and it is the Zionist entity and its allies who are undertaking unpredictable adventures against the will of the entire world.

He explained that “the diplomatic and political efforts of the Sana’a government and the National Delegation come as part of explaining Yemen’s position on freedom of navigation and the safety of global trade. They also serve as a warning against the danger of explicit American and British threats to sabotage the political process and reignite the war in Yemen, creating chaos that threatens navigation and global trade to evade the obligations of stopping the aggressive war on Gaza.”

The United States and the UK have conducted several missile attacks against Yemeni targets in response to the repeated attacks that Yemen conducted on Israeli-bounded ships in the Red Sea. The aggression was conducted with support from Australia, Bahrain, Canada, and the Netherlands.

Yemen’s Armed Forces have been staging many strikes against Israeli vessels or those bound for the occupied Palestinian territories’ ports.

The operations have been described as a response to an October 7, 2023-present war and siege that the Israeli regime has been waging against Gaza following an operation carried out by the Palestinian territory’s resistance movements.

Nearly 26,300 Palestinians, some 70 percent of whom are women, children, and adolescents, have been killed in the brutal onslaught so far.

The Yemeni forces have vowed to keep up their operations as long as the Israeli regime presses on with the military campaign.

Several of the Yemeni strikes have targeted American and British vessels.

Most recently, the Armed Forces announced striking a British oil tanker heading towards the occupied territories.

The US has been providing the Israeli war with unreserved military and political support, arming the regime with more than 10,000 tons of military hardware, and vetoing all United Nations Security Council resolutions that have called for cessation of the Israeli aggression.
