Al-Mortada comments on prisoners’ murder in Marib prisons

Head of the National Committee for Prisoners’ Affairs Abdulqader al-Mortada on Saturday said the crime of killing prisoners of the army and popular committees under torture in Marib prisons is the fourth by Saudi-led coalition mercenaries.

Commenting on the crime, al-Mortada said “We have filed a protest note to the International Committee of the Red Cross and UN Envoy Office and we are surprised by their silence about the repeated crimes.”

Al-Mortada extended condolences to the families of the martyrs prisoners and stressed that their blood will not go to waste.

Earlier in the day, the National Committee for Prisoners Affairs revealed that three prisoners of the army and popular committees were killed under torture in the coalition mercenaries prisons in Marib province.
