185 violations of UN-declared military, humanitarian truce recorded in Yemen

The US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition forces and their mercenaries have committed 185 violations of the humanitarian and military truce, the official Yemeni news agency Saba reported on Tuesday, citing a military source.

According to the military source, 30 armed reconnaissance aircrafts flew over Marib, Taiz, Hodeida, Jawf, Hajjah, Saada, Dhalea, Bayda provinces and border fronts.

The source pointed out that the breaches included four air strikes of reconnaissance planes at citizens’ homes and army’s sites in Batar and Al-Fakhir areas of Dhalea province.

The mercenaries created new combat fortifications in Al-Hamadi, Tabat Al-Qumamah areas of Jizan, west of Mastour and Hisham farms in Al-Jabalia of Tuhayta district, and in Jabal Al-Azfah of Hays district in Hodeida province.

The source pointed out that three violations were recorded by two infiltration attempts of the mercenaries in Maqbana area of Taiz and north of Hays district in Hodeida and one breach by military reinforcements arrived at Al-Ahtoob front of Taiz.

He also confirmed that 21 violations by an artillery shelling were recorded at the army’s sites in Marib, Saada, Hodeida and border fronts.

The source mentioned that an artillery bombardment attacked the army’s sites in Al-Balq Al-Sharqi, Al-Rawdha and Malaa areas of Marib, north of Hays and in Al-Jabalia area of Tuhayta district in Hodeida, Al-Madafin and Al-Malaheedh districts of Saada.

The source pointed out that an artillery shelling targeted sites of the Yemeni army in Al-Amood of Wadi Jara and Jabal Twailq of Jizan border province.

In addition, the source declared that 122 breaches were recorded, with heavy shooting at citizens’ homes and sites of the army and popular committees in Marib, Taiz, Hajjah, Saada, Hodeida, Dhalea and border fronts.
